From its origin as a zine, FEAST has expanded to produce printed bookworks, digital journals and a host of curated events, exhibitions and artists’ commissions. FEAST journal functions as a holding space for digital publications and an archive for research gathered alongside developing projects.
FEAST is a project by Laura Mansfield produced in partnership with Ashleigh Armitage. Laura is currently Heritage Co-ordinator at Touchstones Art Gallery, Rochdale working with representatives from across the local community and commissioned artists to re-develop the museum into an (inter)active communal space that shares the diverse heritage of Rochdale through the lens of food.
